Musi-political dgabgajantically balanced dream/nightmare Episode1

Last thing i can clearly remember before this dream cum nightmare, was coming back from Tango's with the boys after rounds of Grey Goose. I got home and made it.. SOMEHOW... to my flat three stories up and my comfy bed after laughing at the silly faces i made in the bathroom mirror.
Next thing i know, its 2011 another year everyone expects to be a replay of the normal charade of political violence generations of Nigerians are used to from the ballot box kidnapping and the wetie wars of the 60's, the ballot box kidnappings of the early 80's to the 2007 creation of imaginary voters and launching of tear-rubber AK 47's( i'm sure that put a smile on the faces of some senile Russian arms dealers)
Anyway, back to the dream! The political scene here was completely unbelievable s a result in the epochal changes i saw in the music industry- even i had to ask people in the dream if i was dreaming( i was told i wasn't, so no biggie! i said). Musicians were the politicians and there were two major parties and no there weren't republican and democratic! The first was PMAN(Party for Musical Advancement in Nigeria) with Charlie Boy as the chairman and Godfather and NLTNP(No Long Thing for Nigeria Party) with Don Jazzy as Chairman and of course. These guys were the most feared politically as Charlie boy could win any election for anyone by summoning all Okada riders to vote for anyone who's paid respects. Don Jazzy on the other hand had the sole capacity and power to control all Kokolets on all stages- local, state, national and even international. Imagine that!

D'banj was running as president with Mode 9 as Vice on the NLTNP platform while Durella as presido and Rugged Man as Vice on the PMAN platform. A lot of campaigning, lots of interesting new tracks were dropped, a lot of diss tracks- most especially between the vice's. D'banj's 'no long thing' was the NLTNP motto and his manifesto included speedy......................
